Erik came in today after spending nearly about 18 hours in the Anchorage airport. Harry and crew got the transmission into the drift boat. Got the four-wheeler running.
Harry brought in a bunch of frozen food, like we did. He went and picked up his freezer today and found that they had inadvertently frozen about 5 dozen eggs. So I get to experiment with frozen eggs. I used them in cornbread. I've found that freezing sort of hardens the yolk - almost like soft boiling. So next time, I'll use an egg beater to see if I can get them to act more like eggs. The effect of not beating them first was that we found little chunks of baked egg yolk in the cornbread. Not so bad. And it didn't fall apart or anything.
