Pre-Season June 12, Day 13

(Overcooked) oatmeal or left over rice and smoked salmon for breakfast; chili for lunch. Josh had oatmeal (over cooked steel cut) with peanut butter and brown sugar, finishing it just before lunch. He asked if it would be sacrilegious to pile in chili without first washing. Erik said, “It would be sacrilicious.” Took a while to stop laughing on that one.

Jake (from last year) and Jeff (new guy 1) arrived today. Still no thermostat for the Frigidaire freezer; still no power roller for the big boat; still can’t find the box of waders.

Josh and Erik are working assiduously on tinning Lynnie’s cabin. It looks like a space ship. They are looking for a name for it, but I think the name will emerge spontaneously.
